The objective of the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the bridge between the client and the internal team to resolve technical questions or concerns during projects.


What are the activities of the Solutions Engineer?

  • Be the technical expert in customer presentations and Interact with the delivery team as part of the project and post-sale cycle stages.
  • Analyze, Understand and Create technical proposals for integrations, or additional characteristics of the products and services that include effort and cost, in addition to complying with the technical requirements aligned to the client's objectives and finally working so that the internal technical teams use the proposals as inputs to build solutions.
  • Clearly explain to internal and external clients the technical, security and compliance parts of the best practices, of the products and services offered by the company.
  • Work together with project management teams to successfully monitor the progress and implementation of the initiatives created.

  • 4 years of experience presenting application software solutions to technical and commercial audiences.
  • 4 years in as solutions engineering or consulting
  • Previous experience working with developers teams and managing end to end arquitecture projects or acting like a business analyst.
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on understanding customer needs and adapting them to the products / services we offer.
  • 4 years of experience in professional software development (Lambda functions, Big Query, MongoDB, RethinkDB, JavaScript, Nodejs, Golang)
  • Desirable 4 years of experience in Software Project Management.
